The mission of the Hope Clinic and Care Center is to partner with the community to help improve its health and well-being by demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ to medically uninsured and underinsured people, and provide them access to quality care for the healing of body, mind, and spirit.

Gifts to the Clinic assists us in fulfilling this important mission. Every gift, large or small, will help any person in the Fox Valley Area who comes to our clinic in need of care.

Since the 1960s, Free and Charitable Clinics have been serving America's working poor, with 83% of patients coming from a working household. Over the last two years, free and charitable clinics have seen their patient numbers increase by 40-50%.

The Hope Clinic & Care Center provides essential medical services regardless of the patient's ability to pay.

The Hope Clinic & Care Center operates with no state or federal funding.

We restrict eligibility for our services to individuals who are in most need of help, with income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

For every dollar donated to a Free or Charitable Clinic, a minimum of $5 of services is given to a patient.
