The Hope Clinic started in November 2015 with two days to see patients. In 6 years, the Hope Clinic has grown to 4 days per week with two primary care providers most days to help those in need.. The Clinic also has specialty care, labs, medication assistance, and social assistance referrals.

The Hope Clinic provides three pillars of care to the community. The first is healthcare, the second is counseling and the third is our social assistance referral program. Our goal is to treat the whole person. With your help we are getting closer and closer to meeting the needs of our community.

This past year we saw a growth of over 14 percent inpatient visits. For this fiscal year, we had over 800 social assistance referrals.
